In Europe the tax is included in the price. There is no extra tax charge. For international deliveries you, as customer, are responsible for international fees and taxes.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the production process hasn’t started. As soon as the production process has started, a cancellation is not possible anymore. Hence, please inform us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your order.
Yes. Your artwork is insured from the printing site to the delivery address. Further deliveries, which are not arranged by us, are not insured.
Please document the damage with pictures and contact us immediately. We will arrange the pick-up of your damaged artwork and we will replace it free of charge. After the production process, the transportation is not in our hands anymore, which might causes damages in rare cases.
All artworks are custom-made. Hence, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Nonetheless, please contact us, if you are unsatisfied with your artwork. We are here to help and find a solution for you.
No. All images of this webpage are copyright by DF Fine Art. Reproduction in any way (download, screenshot, printing, scanning, publishing etc.) is an infringement against national and international copyright law.
